Return Policy

Online Purchases: Purchases made on TrySnow.com may be returned to Snow Cosmetics, LLC directly. Any exceptions will be noted on the product’s purchase page and during the TrySnow.com checkout process.

  

 

 

Number of Returns and Time Period: Snow Cosmetics, LLC reserves the right to limit the number of returns and limit returns to items returned within a reasonable time period after purchase, as determined in Snow Cosmetics, LLC's sole discretion.

 

Refunds/Credits

Online Purchases Returned via TrySnow.com. You will receive credit to the account that was charged at the time of purchase for merchandise returned through the TrySnow.com process. Please allow 3-7 business days for refunded funds to show on your account after your return is approved.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges to return products to Snow Cosmetics, LLC are paid by the customer by being subtracted from their expected refund amount. Shipping charges will be refunded or credited if the return is a result of an error by Snow Cosmetics, LLC or proven to be damaged during shipping.

 

Cancellations 

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation. This policy is in place due to the swift processing of orders through our fulfillment and shipping system, ensuring that you receive your products in the shortest possible time. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may no longer wish to keep the products you've ordered.
